Beautiful Landscape Images taken at Dusk

I took these very beautiful photos at Ajax's Rotary Park (which is along Ajax's waterfront area) at around 4:30pm one late afternoon.  In January, 4:30pm is just about the time of sunset.  The interesting thing about these images is, you would never guess that it's the dead of winter.  No snow (or much) insight and the horizon and water line are still beautifully filled with colour.  Hardly any adjustments were made in editing using Adobe Lightroom.  So far, of all my landscape images, these are my favourite.

This image is at the backside of the Rotary Park office.  Zero editing was done to this image.  It's an "As Is" shot.

I adjusted these images only slightly to bring up the exposure +1.  Believe it or not, they were originally this beautiful in colour and composition! 
Out of the 12 lake-view shots, these four were indeed the prettiest.

Would you believe, I take photos anywhere I happen to see a lovely shot?  The next few images are taken from my seat in my vehicle.  This is a rare look from the driver's side window that most people who travel this road, take for granted.  It's the very reason I recently purchased a new camera bag "Case Logic" with a special neoprene 'hammock' to dock the camera, on the run.  It allows me to have or take my camera with me AND "Randomly" pull it out to take that quick, beautiful and stunning shot - without having to pull over, jump out of where ever I am seated, visit the back seat and open my (other new 'must have' protective investment) Aluminum Heavy Duty case, just to get at my camera or lenses.  Too many pretty shots probably go wasted by photographers who can't or wont pull over to get that magical (and sometimes out of reach) shot.
