Skyscrapers in the Sky and other interesting objects
I thought a lot about what iStockphoto was asking of me and I went on a tiny adventure with specific things in mind. I wanted to photograph certain structures (infamous new and appealing buildings) as well as a favourite place by the water that I love to go to. The first structure (skyscraper) is a new luxury building that is not even completed yet out in Mississauga Ontario. The second structure is a really newer skyscraper luxury building in Toronto (Scarborough) Ontario. The waterfront scenes are taken in Ajax Ontario at Rotary Park, with Lake Ontario in the back ground. Who ever would believe that these images were taken on the sixth of January, in the middle of Winter?! Toronto Ontario Canada is not so famous for snow these days, courtesy of global warming. Gone are the days of six plus feet snowbanks at each edge of everyone's driveways.

I took various shots of the "Twisted" skyscrapers from outside on the street corner. These structures are currently being completed and are gated off by construction barriers. Pretty good shots for the location I had to settle with, if I do say so!

Then, leaving the area, I happened to notice a really interesting view of the office buildings at the Town Centre. It wasn't just the buildings but the sunset that accompanied it. Phenomenal.

| I took several shots of the sunset casting behind the buildings. Of the many, these are my favourite three. (#2 & #3 are the same) |
An interesting view of an Electrical Tower that I happened to park near, in the process of wanting to take a photo of a airplane obstacle at a mini putt golf course.

| Hanging from my mirror.... |
I had the insight to see beyond my ornaments (two Asian horoscope symbols) hanging from my mirror in my vehicle but suddenly I thought it would make an awesome photograph - and it did! Check out the natural blur in the background... I got that because I took the image while my husband was driving!
Landscapes upcoming in my next post.
